General:
- Check-In Time: 3:00 PM/ Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Minimum Check-In age is 21 years old
- Guest aged 17 years old and under at time of Check-In are considered children
- Pets are NOT allowed

Reservation and Payment Policies:
- Cancellations made within 2 day(s) of Check-In date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room charge and Tax. (For Cancellation and change purposes, Check-In date is considered to be 4:00 PM EST of the day on which you are scheduled to Check-In.)
- Early Departures during a Package stay will not be refunded.
- In the case of multiple rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each room that is cancelled or changed.
- Credit Cards are authorized after the close of the cancellation window (48 hours prior to arrival)
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (727)442-7171 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Must have valid Credit or Debit Card for Check-In
- Any special, package or promotion available may be terminated at any time regardless of stated Expiration Dates. All are subject to availability and most include blackout dates on special events and holidays unless otherwise stated.
- No price or room type is guaranteed until a reservation is made.
